Robert Wells,
Managing Director, has for more than 20 years been involved in helping companies communicate effectively. His career combines business strategy consulting with hands-on work in both traditional and new media. He holds a bachelors degree (cum laude) in economics from Princeton and a Masters Degree in International Studies from Harvard.
  
Strategy experience.
As a senior consultant with Solista (which became a unit of the giant research firm Gartner), Wells was an on-site consultant to United Pan-Europe Communications (UPC), the world's third largest cable operator. Earlier, he conducted research for Lennox on residential broadband markets for a variety of clients. He has published research studies such as: Channel Compression: A Strategic Analysis (Paul Kagan Associates); The Interactive Home (Warren Publishing); Cable Modem Report (English edition by Cowles/Simba, published in Japanese by ASCII Books). Earlier, he was one of the first employees of the Yankee Group, one of the world's most prominent high-tech market research and consulting firm, where he served as Senior Analyst and Research Director of its Home of the Future division. He wrote pioneering studies on personal computers, electronic commerce and cable television, oversaw research by up to five analysts, spoke at industry conferences, and consulted to such firms as AT&T, American Express, Toshiba, NEC and Citicorp.
  
Media and PR experience
. Wells is a former business writer for the Detroit Free Press and Rocky Mountain News and business editor of the Boulder Daily Camera. He founded and ran two regional magazines that are still in successful operation. He has assisted over a 20-year period in various PR projects for Wells Communications, JohnstonWells, Stackig Communications, and a variety of high-tech companies, in particular, writing targeted PR documents for Cable Television Laboratories Inc. over a seven-year period.

Alain le Grignou, who spearheads our European presence, has over 20 years of experience as an executive consultant with companies of varying size, culture and specialization. He has assisted major and medium-sized companies in implementing strategic plans and large-scale change programs, has managed complex and cross-national projects in Europe and internationally, and has led management teams delivering significant impact on profitability and overall company operations. His past specific client relationships have included Cap Gemini, France Telecom and British Telecom. Rod Campbell, Chief Technology Officer, since receiving an engineering degree from MIT, has over 20 years of experience in the software and information management industries in engineering, marketing, and business development. He has worked with such companies as IBM, Unisys, Walt Disney Imagineering, Texas Instruments, U S West, Sun Microsystems, Thomson Consumer Electronics, Philips, and others on a range of projects. Areas of expertise include communication technologies, the Internet and intranets, video and audio distribution, consumer electronics, multimedia development, product development processes, competitive research, trade show support, business plan development, and technology analysis. He has conducted feasibility studies and assisted in due diligence assessment projects conducted by Lennox for more than a decade.

Charley Schollaert, Senior Strategist, has been providing solutions to marketing, communications and operational challenges for over 12 years. A former Marketing Manager for a leading energy industry research and consulting firm, he has designed and implemented successful marketing campaigns, branding initiatives, public relations programs and communications efforts. He has managed programs and projects that have improved stakeholder awareness and increased internal efficiency, working for such clients as MWH Global, The Nature Conservancy, the US Agency for International Development, the Asian Development Bank, the Pentagon, the National Business Travel Association, the Colorado Aeronautical Board and the U.S. Army. He’s also served as a workflow analyst and system designer to international clients, traveling to Sri Lanka, Bolivia and Egypt to implement solutions. He holds a Bachelor of Arts from Princeton and a Masters in Business Administration from the University of Colorado at Boulder.


Bob Ebisch, Content Architect, has been a science and technology PR specialist and journalist for 30 years. With a B.S. in Physics and an M.A. in Journalism, he specializes in health, medical, aerospace and general business writing. His freelance science features have been distributed widely by the Knight-Ridder and Los Angeles Times syndication services and published in major newspapers in the U.S., Canada, Latin America, Europe and Asia. His magazine articles have appeared in such publications as Popular Computing, Wireless Review and Product Engineering, and he has been a regular contributor to Delta Airlines' Sky Magazine and Teradata Magazine. He does PR work for agencies, institutions and companies such as Lockheed Martin, where his products have included both internal communications and press materials on topics ranging from the Hubble Space Telescope and Mars missions to management and environmental remediation programs. He co-authored a travel book on Denver that is sold in bookstores nationwide and has taught college classes in feature and technical writing. He resides in Golden, Colorado.

Diane Freeman, Content Architect, has been a business researcher and writer for 27 years. A former business reporter for The Houston Post, she has been a freelance business writer for 12 years. She has written for Time, Business Week, Money, Reuters, Institutional Investor, Parade, HealthScout.com, Interactive Week, Telecom Business, Wireless Week, Denver Post, Denver Rocky Mountain News, Colorado Business, and many trade journals, retirement and hospital publications. For corporate clients, she has developed newsletters, brochures and web sites. Her clients have included Conoco, Exxon, Foley's, Newmont Gold, and Colorado Home Care. Currently, she is contracted as a senior reporter for Grassroots, a division of DresdnerRCM Global Investors, to research and write reports for industry analysts on a variety of businesses and corporate trends. She also has prepared brochures and web sites for the Denver-based National Endowment for Financial Education. Her education includes bachelor's and master's degrees in journalism from the University of Oklahoma, and she has taught journalism courses at the University of Houston. She is based in Boulder, Colorado.
